Highway 101 encompasses most of the Olympic National Park. Visitors to the fourteen miles of untouched, pristine shoreline are served by the Kaloloch Lodge/RV Park and the National Park owned RV Park at South Beach. One gas station and mini mart is located in Queets, before Hwy 101 leaves the coast and travels back inland.
The region has an untapped need for a resort property to serve tourists from all over the world. The ideal establishment would incorporate a mix of private cabins, rooms, a restaurant and a conference room.
Sandy beaches stretch along the entire 14 miles of shoreline and the Olympic National Park touches most of the Western Coast at this point, allowing for ease of access to beautiful trails and a bounty for fly fishermen along the famous Queets River.
